Brands For the Future™ Intensive — Rhonda Page
What this is really about

In 2020, my conversation with a CEO changed everything.

I'd spent 20 years in brand strategy and design. I thought I understood where the real value lived. Then I had a conversation that stopped me cold, and I've been building toward this moment ever since.

The most powerful brand decisions happen somewhere most designers have never looked. And the firms that find it first will own the next decade.

That's what this Intensive is about.

Who this is for

Built for design firm founders who know something has shifted but haven't found the right frame yet.

Design studio founders

Running a small studio and ready to expand what you offer and how you're valued.

Agency principals

Leading a team and wanting to shift from execution-focused work to strategic partnerships.

Brand strategists

Already doing strategy work and want to go deeper into a discipline nobody else is teaching.

Creative consultants

Working independently and ready to expand the conversations you're having with clients.

What we cover

Three Parts. One New Service Offer.

Each part builds on the last. By part three, you'll see your business and your role completely differently.

Part 1 June 9

End of the Old Agency Model

Understand the structural shifts that changed how creative work is valued and why the traditional agency model now pushes great firms into price competition. See what actually broke, and why more marketing or better proposals won't fix it.

Part 2 June 10

Your Wake-Up Call

Clients didn't just get harder. The balance of power shifted. Risk shifted. Expectations changed. Learn what clients are really buying now, why expertise beats execution, and how agencies accidentally position themselves as vendors instead of authorities.

Part 3 June 11
The framework

Supply Chain Thinking™. The New Discipline.

The Brands For the Future™ framework — a new way of thinking about brand strategy that starts upstream, questions inherited assumptions, and turns operational decisions into brand stories. This is where the money, influence, and differentiation will live in the future.

  • The Truman's model and what it teaches about every CPG category
  • The categories nobody questions and the opportunities hiding inside them
  • How to change the brief, map brand impact, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • How to position your firm as a systems thinker — not just a design executor

Your host

Rhonda Page

I'm a graphic designer turned brand strategist and business development consultant. I've spent 20+ years helping design firms move upstream with clients — from execution to strategy, from vendor to trusted partner.

I've worked on global brands, guided creative agencies to millions in revenue growth, and taught business development skills to designers across 10+ countries. I studied at Parsons New York, interned for April Greiman in Los Angeles, and have spoken for HOW, AIGA, Design Enterprise Skillnet Ireland, and the DBA.

I built the Brands For the Future™ framework because I got tired of watching talented agencies compete on price when the real opportunity — upstream, at the intersection of brand strategy and Supply Chain Thinking™ — was sitting there untouched.
